The Organizing Committee would like to thank the affiliate rowing clubs and associations that contribute to the ongoing success of the Koninklijke – Holland Beker:

The patrons of the Koninklijke – Holland Beker are an indispensable group of people who support our regatta. They share a special connection with the oldest and largest international rowing event in the Netherlands, and many of them have been involved with the regatta for years. Patronage is open to anyone that wishes to support the Koninklijke – Holland Beker.

Patrons are invited to yearly events and receive several privileges during the regatta. During both competition days, special seats are reserved on the moving stand, allowing patrons to follow the races up close from start to finish. On the final day, an exclusive VIP lunch is held in a tasteful course-side area, a great opportunity to get together with old (rowing) friends and meet new people. Additionally, all patrons receive an honorable mention in our program book and are invited to the annual patron’s dinner.

The Koninklijke – Holland Beker patrons are an extremely important part of our organization. Due to their support, commitment and enthusiasm, the competition is able to grow to new heights every year. And for that, we would like to extend our gratitude.

Interested in becoming an official patron of the Koninklijke – Holland Beker? There are several options:

As an individual
€ 350 per year;

As a young professional
<35 years: € 150 per year;

On behalf of a company
€ 600 (excl. VAT) per year;

You can also choose to make a donation by notarial deed: the annuity. By doing so, you are granted membership of the Holland Beker Wedstrijd Vereniging (HBWV) and pledge to donate an annual fixed fee for a predetermined number of years (minimum of five). The deed itself is free of costs.

Unlike individual donations, this donation (which is notary-approved) is fully tax deductible. This means the tax authorities contribute a large sum to your donation. Depending on the level of your income, this contribution can be as high as 52%. This enables you to double your donation without it costing you anything extra.
